I have over 8 years of experience in training and teaching Muay Thai
Beginners: focusing on boxfit, movement and fundamentals for self-defense and an all-round fun approach on getting YOU fit.
Intermediate: focusing on a more technical approach, increasing your skills in the art of boxing or Muay Thai
Fighters: depending on which country we are currently in, we can join local fight nights and continue getting the wins. Combining knowledge and skills to develop an even deeper understanding of this incredible combat sport.

My personal training approach is based on putting our Egos aside and focussing on learning from each other. Making the sessions fun and flowing.

If you choose to train with me, we will be incorporating breath work, functional movement. I will help you to empower yourself mentally, spiritually and physically so you can REACH YOUR GOALS and have the skills to maintain them long term.
